INDEPENDENT F&I AGENCY · PROGRAM FIT + DEVELOPMENT

The F&I agency built to fit the dealership.

American Mobility Developers is the independent, multi-provider F&I agency behind DPL. AMD evaluates the dealership’s goals, customers, economics, claims and service experience, operating conditions, and team—then builds from the provider and administrator relationships available through AMD.

Depending on availability, state, vehicle, mileage, lender, administrator, and eligibility, AMD can help dealerships evaluate VSC, GAP, and related ancillary or protection product categories—along with the program economics, claims experience, training, and operating support around them.

Commercial transparency + current-program validation

Know how AMD is paid—and why keeping the current program can be the right answer.

How AMD is paid

Compensation should be visible.

AMD is compensated by providers and administrators when a dealership chooses to run a program through AMD. DPL research participation does not create compensation, and research input is not treated as a commercial lead.

Dealership leaders should ask what AMD earns on any structure it recommends. AMD will answer directly.

Second-Opinion Review

For dealerships that are not shopping.

Start by documenting what the current provider and agency are doing well, how claims and service support actually performs, and what evidence would be required before disruption makes sense.

If the current program is sound, keep it is a legitimate result—not a failed review.

AMD evaluates provider and administrator relationships available through AMD—not every option in the marketplace. Availability depends on state, dealership, vehicle, mileage, lender, administrator, eligibility, and contract requirements.

MULTI-ROOFTOP GOVERNANCE

One group should not operate as five unrelated programs.

A five-point spread between rooftops usually reflects five different operating conditions—not four underperforming managers. Review the system each rooftop runs before ranking the people running it.
